Growing in Faith

We at St. James are always learning. We have a number of small study groups, who meet to discuss different aspects of the faith and support each other. Alpha happens once a year and is famous for the food and welcome (as well as the content). Veritas is an informal group led by the Vicar for discussion, often taking a topical theme.

To be a disciple of Jesus is to be a learner.   We are all learning.   We learn in all sorts of ways from Alpha to home groups, from one to one support to courses.   We are striving to offer a range of opportunities for learning and if you cannot find what you are looking for then speak to one of our learning mentors and we will support you in any way we can.
